Best Marvel movie since Guardians 3. Bravely telling a big superhero epic through the eyes of broken people. The first in the franchise to make me truly feel like Doomsday & Secret Wars actually could be good

An action comedy that forgot it was a comedy.
A Christmas movie that tried too hard to be a Marvel movie, complete with their very own SHIELD, Scarlet Witch, Nick Fury and Chris Evans 😮💨
For as creative and silly as its concept it takes itself too seriously. A shame really 😔
If your disbelief is not suspended for a SECOND you will likely not enjoy this movie. But when you go into a movie about fighting tornados and accept this fact, it is a surprisingly enjoyable time. Ultimately a story about going after what you want and facing your fears, even after a setback. It was strangely inspiring and a lot of fun. But again, I cannot stress this enough, it’s a monster movie and said monster is a tornado. If…
Its Boss Baby meets Incredibles 2. Your kids will enjoy the minions making funny noises, and it will distract them for 90mins. You as an adult? Turn your brain off and just go with it. Go aww at the baby and giggle at the little French puns. “Maxime Le Mal” “Lycée Pas Bon” whatever dad came up with that, good job.
The classic « old man who’s too old for this s*** with the child who follows in his footsteps but also resents him, littered with references to the original, modern remixes of the score » you’ve seen it before in every legacy sequel ever BUT this one is Eddie Murphy and he’s hilarious. He seemed to have dimmed his chaotic 1980s energy that I loved him for in recent years but the man proves he’s a comedic legend for a…
A nice premise, carried heavily by good acting performances but not the thrill ride I expected. I also feel like I knew nothing about Joseph’s character at all. I feel like more could have been done with the premise and it being in NYC, and with it being the literal first day of this unique invasion.
A romcom disguised as an action movie, David Leitch you damn legend 🔥
Gosling and Blunt have incredible chemistry, the stunts are epic, and the love story at the center is surprisingly profound!
Third act gets clunky and overstays its welcome a tiny bit but that was needed to conclude the over the top zainyness this movie promises itself to be.
