For me, it was an honest attempt, but it fell short. Florence Pugh carried the entire film, and even then, the second half was very boring. I liked the action scenes and the dark tone, but perhaps they overdid the psychological introspection a bit. I think an external enemy would have worked better for the Marvel universe, but oh well. Will I see the sequel? Maybe.
