They should just leave this in theaters for the whole year, I promise I will spend enough money to make it worth it. 3rd watch and it doesn’t lose an ounce of magic with each visit, and you get to appreciate everything more. Each astonishingly well crafted shot, each edit that is deliberately made to show you something that you can miss if you blink, and each musical note that Hans Zimmer has carefully crafted to get your heart racing. I think I’m truly in love. Also on this third rewatch I finally decided which actors really gave the best performances.

Act 1: It’s Rebecca Furgeson and it aint even close, no notes. The “You may see, the beauty and the horror” line gives me chills. Will be forever saying fear is the mind killer to myself whenever I’m a bitch about anything
Act 2: It’s all Stilgar baby, Javier Bardem. No Notes. 
Act 3: Both Timothee and Zendaya. Timothee turns into a different person after he drinks the blue worm piss. Everything from the way he walks to a dark look in his eyes, could not imagine anyone else playing Paul, he really is the Lisan al Gaib and I will follow him anywhere. Zendaya on the other hand remains Chain’s strong self for most of the film, but in the last 30 min turns into someone devastated to watch the person they love go down the path that they feared they would. The moments directly before and after the fight her and Paul feed off eachother on a different level, and you can’t help but be heartbroken for her, but also overly hyped cuz he just stabbed bald Elvis in the chest. 

I still can’t believe how incredible of job Dennis did making this, and how it universally blew everyone away when already have such unrealistically high expectations. Will be such a joke if this doesn’t win best picture with at least two acting nominations at every award show.
