Shocked people think Quantumania is the worst MCU movie when Iron Man 2 exists.
Iron Man 2 suffers from the same criticisms that many apply to the Phase 4 and Phase 5 films— a focus on the future rather than working on the stories and characters they have in front of them. 3 separate plots smashed into one incoherent movie, but what makes Iron Man 2 far worse is that it’s not even attempting to distract you with flashy action scenes or an interesting villain because neither exist.
Also, if you want to talk about cringe inducing humor? Yeesh, Iron Man 2 is drenched with the most eye-rolling one-liners (“I want one”).
The suit up on the race track is cool tho.
