pretty fun visceral festival horror but i fear the trailer oversells it and there’s little gruesomeness left to be discovered in the movie itself. could’ve gotten freakier with it!

it’s been a week and i still don’t know what to coherently say about this except i can’t seeing a movie use music like this before. lots of vampire media lately which probably has some deeper societal meaning but i really loved what coogler did with them. love a violent vampire story that still keeps all the classic vampire rules! also i don’t know if i’d seen anything starring michael b jordan before but i get it now. you guys can keep talking about him
