BXL follow two brothers, 26-year-old Tarek and 12-year-old Fouad. When Tarek gets the opportunity to escape the decor of his youth and make his dream come true, his life and that of his youngest brother take a new turn. BXL not only offers a nuanced image of a city with not the best image, but also shows that hope sometimes comes from unexpected places.
